Sure glad we didn't wait! We live on the lake with a high water table and decided although our basement was not wet often, we still wanted to prevent more damage, mildew, etc. PVC drain tile system was installed over the majority of the basement perimeter. Included was a ¾ HP sump pump, and we also requested a battery back-up at an extra charge. From the estimate to the finished job, we were very pleased with the promptness, professionalism and quality of work. Everything was explained in laymen's terms and gave us good directions on prepping the basement. In addition, their estimate was reasonable and came in well below others with comparable reputations. The system has held up with this record rainfall season and we couldn't be more pleased with the project. Highly recommend this company.
