The Project Manager was friendly and knowledgeable, the office staff were also friendly and responsive. The installation crew were very courteous, I was impressed that they removed their shoes. Also friendly and relatable. I am confident with the repairs and feel we got a fair price. I would certainly use Tri State again and recommend to anyone that is looking.
